For most women, this is a once in a lifetime experience and I’m sure you’ve got a few questions about how the process works. We’ve created a handy guide below so you know what to expect when you come and visit us!
Helping you discover your ‘Bride Style’
Every bride is unique and has a different story to tell. At Louisa Jackson Bridal we like to give our brides plenty of time during appointments so we can get to know you and discover your true bride style.
At Louisa Jackson Bridal we pride ourselves in bringing you a huge selection of luxury wedding dresses at affordable prices. We promote body confidence and help all brides see their true beauty.
By offering both our own collection of dresses as well as a range of designer sample dresses, you will have hundreds of wedding dresses to choose from to help work out what dress shapes, fabrics and finishes suit you best.
Your Wedding Dress Appointment
To book your wedding dress experience with us please complete our contact form or give your nearest store a call. Once your appointment is booked in, we will send you a reminder 1 week before to just check the day and time still work for you as well as passing on some useful information about the experience.
At Louisa Jackson Bridal we only see one bride at a time and give you 2 hours to try on lots of dresses so it’s a truly exclusive experience for each and every bride.
We don’t charge appointment fees, but if you do need to rearrange your appointment we do ask that you give us as much notice as you are able to.
At your appointment we will ask you to select some dresses that you like the look of as well as picking out some styles ourselves that we think will suit you based on what we find out about your personality and wedding vision. If you’ve seen something you like online let us know then we can pull it out ready for your appointment. But don’t worry if you don’t know where to start, our team of experts are on hand to help guide you if you need a little help.
You are welcome to take lots of photos and videos during your appointment to help remind you of the styles you liked the best.
We encourage you to bring along any accessories, shoes, flowers or bits and pieces that are important to your big day. But don’t worry if you haven’t got that far, we have plenty of shoes, veils and accessories here for you to try on with your dress to test out different looks.
You are welcome to bring along friends, family and loved ones, or simply come along on your own and our team will make a fuss of you and take lots of photos for you to review after your appointment.
We encourage you to take your time with your final decision so we won’t be pressurising you to make a sale on the day of your appointment. It’s important that you feel comfortable with your final decision and we’d rather you booked a second or third appointment before you make your final choice.

Dresses in both our Louisa Jackson Bridal collection and our Sample Designer Wedding dresses offer you a range of beautiful designs with a high quality finish at preloved prices! But if you need a bit of extra help to spread the cost, we offer flexible wedding dress payment plans.

The Louisa Jackson Bridal Collection
You won’t find dress sizes in our collection as we have a ‘no size limit policy’. This means we can cater for all brides, no matter your shape of size. Wedding dresses don’t fit in the same way as your regular clothing so we have done away with sizes. Instead, out team of experts take the time to measure you up so the dress can be a bespoke fit just for you.
At Louisa Jackson Bridal, we truly believe that size is just a number, so we have colour coded all our dresses and removed all sizing from our wedding dress collection. No more feeling bad for the number on the tag, we find a dress you look and feel amazing in, regardless of whether it’s a size red, blue or green heart.
Most of the Louisa Jackson Bridal Collection of wedding dresses have our unique internal corset built in. This means our dresses will highlight your best bits as well as offering support, shape and comfort on your big day.

Designer Sample Dresses
As well as offering our own wedding dress label, we also offer a range of perfect quality, designer sample wedding dresses at preloved prices. These are brand new sample dresses from a range of designers that are available in a limited selection of sizes and styles – a treasure trove of affordable wedding dresses!
Sustainability and planet friendly wedding dresses are important to us at Lousia Jackson Bridal. Our own collection is made to order so there are no wasted sample dresses. We also sell designer sample wedding dresses to help do our part in reducing the amount of wedding dresses going to landfill.
Want to change a neck line, add some extra beading or remove a sleeve from one of our Designer Sample wedding dresses? Not a problem, we work closely with our local, recommended dress alteration providers to help you design to perfect wedding dress.
