We encourage you to take your time with your final decision so we won’t be pressurising you to make a sale on the day of your appointment. It’s important that you feel comfortable with your final decision and we’d rather you booked a second or third appointment before you make your final choice.

Our mission is to help you find the right shape, fabrics and finishes, and bring a big smile to your face! You’ll just know when you’ve found the one, and if its’s not with us, then we will just be happy to have been a part of your journey.   No pushy sales people in sight here!  

We encourage you to bring along any accessories, shoes, flowers or bits and pieces that are important to your big day. But don’t worry if you haven’t got that far, we have plenty of shoes, veils and accessories here for you to try on with your dress to test out different looks.

You are welcome to bring along friends, family and loved ones, or simply come along on your own and our team will make a fuss of you and take lots of photos for you to review after your appointment.

Just make sure you only bring positivity into the room! This is your decision and no one else’s!

At your appointment there will be no pressure from our team for you to purchase a dress from us, we only encourage you to place your order when you are 100% happy with the dress you have chosen. You are welcome to book several appointments to check you are happy or get some more opinions before you commit to your dress.

At your appointment we will ask you to select some dresses that you like the look of as well as picking out some styles that we think will suit you based on what we find out about your personality and wedding vision. But don’t worry if you don’t know where to start, our team of experts are on hand to help guide you if you need a little help.

Dresses in both our Louisa Jackson Bridal collection and our Sample Designer Wedding dresses offer you a range of beautiful designs with a high quality finish at preloved prices! But if you need a bit of extra help to spread the cost, we offer flexible wedding dress payment plans.

Please speak to the team at your appointment and they will give you some options based on the dress that’s caught your eye!

Don’t panic if your wedding is in 2 weeks and you still haven’t found a dress! We have a range of Designer Sample dresses that are ready and waiting to be taken away at your appointment if you a wedding dress in a hurry.

Typically, our custom made Louisa Jackson Bridal collection takes around 6 months to arrive from the date that you place your order, a rush option may also be a possibility if you require your dress more urgently.

We don’t charge appointment fees, but if you do need to rearrange your appointment we do ask that you give us as much notice as you are able to.

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. A lot of dresses we stock have a built in corset and don’t require a bra, however you can keep it on if prefer, we can account for it in alterations.

We ask you to not bring food to your appointment as there could be a risk that dresses are damaged. However, refreshments will be offered as part of your experience, Prosecco and non-alcoholic options will be available on the day of your appointment so you can relax and let us take care of you whilst you are with us.

Body shapes can change in the run up to the big day and it’s important that you feel comfortable in your wedding dress. Or perhaps you want to change a neck line, add some extra beading or remove a sleeve from one of our Designer Sample wedding dresses?

We work closely with our local wedding dress alterations providers to ensure we can recommend people we know and trust will look after our customers as well as we do. They offer a range of alteration services so your dress is a bespoke fit to you. We will make recommendations to you at your appointment for local wedding dress alteration suppliers.
